You can’t underestimate how important it is to have a great relationship with your builder during a major renovation. After all, you’re trusting them with what is probably your biggest financial asset – your home.

A word of caution on cost…

While no doubt price will be a factor in your decision, you need to ensure your home is in safe and expert hands. Cheaper often doesn’t mean better.
