Founder of Renovation Builders, Zane Raphael, has been building for over 20 years. His team has completed over 150 + residential renovations and new builds. 

Zane has also renovated his own home which was given a 10 Homestar Award. Homestar is a comprehensive, independent national rating tool, run by the not-for-profit Green Building Council, that measures the health, warmth and efficiency of New Zealand houses. A 10 Homestar rating means you’ve built a world leading house.
