Our Services:

Design & Build

Based on a thorough understanding of your needs, we work with expert architectural designers and provide a cost estimate after the concept plan is finalised. Then we move on to working drawings. Once completed these are submitted to the council. We will then provide a formal estimate before building commences. We are always on-site, keeping you updated and informed throughout the build process.

Renovations

We love nothing more than transforming an old home into something new. We manage the entire process from design and consent through to building completion. With a focus on Central Auckland renovations, we are experienced builders in any type of residential home, be it bungalow, contemporary, villa and anything in between.

Extensions

We work with you to optimise the available space in the most effective and efficient way; be it design and build, up, out or down. House extensions can be complicated with all of the structural changes and building regulations involved. We take care of it all from start to finish, including getting you the code of compliance.

Recladding

If your home needs a facelift or has leaky cladding we can help you make it look great with our recladding expertise. Recladding a leaky home is a specialised field and we work closely with a construction consultant and the council to determine what needs to be replaced and what needs to stay.

Kitchen & Bathroom Renovations

We specialise in custom renovation of kitchens and bathrooms of superior quality from design through to building completion. We work with top bathroom and kitchen designers to bring your dream kitchen and bathroom to life.

Sustainable Build

We achieved New Zealand’s first 10 Homestar rating for renovating a house to world leading standards for performance and environmental impact. This house was also awarded Lifemark’s top 5-star rating for a home that is future-proofed to be usable, adaptable and safe to meet the family’s needs throughout life as they change.

The Renovation Builders Process

1. Introduction
We believe the building process is all about relationships so we do an initial onsite meeting to get to know you and to understand the vision for your home.

2. Concept Plans
We introduce you to our designers to get the concept plans drawn up. Working with the designers, we make sure the plans are buildable throughout the whole journey from Concept to Completion. Once the concept plans are signed off we provide an initial build estimate so you have an idea of what the project will cost.

3. Working Drawings
The concept plans are then finalised with all the detail so they can be submitted to Council.

4. Pricing
While the working drawings are being processed through Council we then work on providing a formal Estimate for the project..

5. Council Consent
The working drawings are then processed through Council to gain building consent. After the plans are stamped by council we get to work!
